PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a colleague to join our production company who will be in charge for supervision of production of aerosol valves and plastic sprayers. Work with our experts and produce on machines producing 350 valves per minute, take care of precise plastic injection on ENGEL and ARBURG injection presses. You can then track your products in retail chains across Europe.

THIS POSITION IMPLIES THAT THE CANDIDATE:
  • is determined to face challenges

  • assumes responsibility for the organization and management of the production center
  • ensures information in relation to other company departments
  • performs tasks resulting from the needs of the production section
  • processes and submits proposals for improving technological procedures
  • collaborates with HR, logistics, quality, technical department and maintenance
  • participates in the elaboration of the production plan
  • coordinates and ensures the performance of tasks related to the quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard
  • assumes responsibility for compliance with the principles of occupational safety and fire protection in the area of its competence
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATE WHO HAS:
  • secondary school education completed by matriculation exam
  • experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
  • the ability to take responsibility for the results of the assigned section
  • knowledge of the following tools: 5S, 5WhyS
  • good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • analytical thinking, teamwork, flexibility, proactive approach
  • good communication skills
  • knowledge of the English language at a basic communicative level is an advantage
  • knowledge of IS Helios Orange is an advantage
