This privacy policy contains information regarding the personal data which we process (especially collect, store, use, transfer etc.) when you visit and use our website, including the Contact Us form, Request for Products Catalog Form, Request to Subscribe to our Newsletters.

You have the possibility to request a Product Catalog in pdf version. We process the following personal data in order to answer your request:

The legal basis for this data processing is Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR. In case of processing the data which you provide voluntarily, the legal basis is your consent which you can withdraw at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

We will delete your personal data when the purpose of the processing has been achieved unless further statutory retention periods exist, e. g. we are obliged to store your personal data because of a legal obligation (tax reasons, etc.).

2.4.4. Subscription to email updates

You can submit your email and we will inform you about news, current products and services. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure. After entering your details, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. Once you click on the link in that email, you will be added to our newsletter distribution list. In that context we process your first and surname name, email address, the time of registration and the IP address used for the registration for such time until you cancel the newsletter. This storage serves only the purpose of sending you news from KIN and being able to provide your registration. Unsubscribing from KIN news is possible at any time, via the unsubscribe link at the end of every news email.

The legal basis for this data processing is your consent which you can withdraw at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal, Art. 6 paragraph 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR.

We will delete your personal data when the purpose of the processing has been achieved unless further statutory retention periods exist. We will delete your data when you unsubscribe.

2.4.5. Relationship management

We process your personal data for information and relationship management purposes, and business purposes, including data analysis, audits, developing and improving products and services, identifying usage trends and determining the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, and enhancing, improving or modifying our services.

Your name, address, and phone number may be shared with the transport/shipping firm tasked with delivering the items, as well as with any other agreed-upon subcontractors and service providers needed to supply our goods and services, in the event that product samples are provided. Only KIN staff members or its affiliates who deal directly or indirectly with our customers and/or suppliers have access to these data.
