TOOL PLANT TECHNOLOGIST

We are looking for a colleague to join our production company as Tool Plant Technologist.

Will you join our dynamic Team and help us realize long-term strategy?
THIS POSITION IMPLIES THAT THE CANDIDATE:
  • makes technological processing of technical documentation for the production of molds and components produced in the Tooling department
  • elaborates with technological procedures for the production of molds, tools and components produced in the Tool Workshop department
  • determines the consumption of material for the production of tool forms and components produced in the Tooling department
  • prepares the preliminary and final costing for the production of tool forms and components produced in the Tooling Department
  • ensures cooperation in the field of technologies for which the center is not equipped
  • ensures the purchase of material, DHIM for the needs of the Tool Shop and makes their registration and maintenance
  • registers the copies of technical documentation of forms and tools
  • cooperates in handing over tools (forms) to production
  • ensures and records the movement of molds to and from repair
  • carries out statistical analyses of the causes of failures of production tools and molds and proposes corrective measures to reduce incurred losses
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATE WHO HAS:
  • secondary school education
  • experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company
  • ability to quick decisions making
  • independence and responsibility in managing of own work
  • crane and rigging tests, VZV is an advantage
